Exclusive privileges for customers who apply for the insurance plan under this program

The Insurance Plan in This Program

1. Special privileges for Muang Thai Smile Club members who have paid premiums for insurance plans under Shield Life in accordance with the specified conditions.*
*Eligible Health Rider and/or Critical Illness (CI) Rider with a total annual premium of at least 30,000, Baht calculated from all eligible riders combined.

Note: Muang Thai Smile Club members aged 18 years and above must have Fit Point membership status in order to be eligible for this privilege.

2. Insurance plans under Shield Life include:
2.1. Term Life Insurance
2.2. Universal Life Insurance
2.3. Whole Life Insurance, ** excluding whole life policies with cash bonus

Note: Eligible premium payments include only the life insurance premium of the base-plan policy, excluding all types of riders attached to the policy, with a minimum annual premium of 500,000 Baht.

3. Special privileges for Muang Thai Smile Club members who have paid premiums for Unit-linked insurance policies in accordance with the specified conditions.*
* Eligible Unit-linked insurance policies with annual premium payment details for 2025 are divided into the following two categories:
3.1. Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] and/or Single-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-SP], with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
3.2 Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
** For UN-RP, premium eligibility will be considered based on the policy year in which allocation charges for the base policy are applied.

Members with special privileges
The special privilege for insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, with receipts issued by 31 January 2026.
