Privacy Notice on the Personal Data of Prospects

       Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries including companies or organizations that control, are controlled or are under control by the Company which may mostly have the same shareholders or directors (hereinafter referred to as “MTL” “the Company” or “we”) highly respect your privacy and are aware of the responsibilities in relation to collection, use, and disclosure of personal data of prospects who provide information to the Company for contacting to present products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as “Prospects” or "you") and/or delivery, transfer of your personal data to others.
        The Company greatly values your trust and confidence in the Company and is committed to processing and protecting your personal data accurately and appropriately. Therefore, it is also very important to the Company that you understand about methods and procedures for the collecting, use, processing and disclosure of personal data. You must carefully read and understand the Privacy Notice on the Personal Data of Prospects as follows.



1. Personal Data Collected

       Types of personal data that the Company collects, uses, processes and/or discloses depends on purpose of your consent. Examples of personal data that the Company may collect include:
       a) Information for contacting you to introduce products, such as: first name, last name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email, and the products and/or services you are interested in.
       b) Other information received from you, such as information obtained from the lead submission, e.g., date, time, province, Lead ID, UTM, LINE UID, contact results; information obtained from your responses to questionnaires, such as first name, last name, telephone number, email, interests; your interaction data through the Company’s website or application and/or social media, etc.
       c) Behavioral data, such as cookies from your use of the Company’s website or application. The Company will receive such information only if you have consented to the processing of advertising cookies and/or analytics cookies, or data from your communications with the Company’s social media.


2. Methods of Collecting or Obtaining Your Personal Data

       The Company will collect your personal data based on the information you have provided or that is obtained when you fill in your information for the Company to contact you regarding product and/or service presentations, as well as information obtained from your responses to questionnaires. If you do not provide the requested personal data, the Company may be unable to provide services or proceed with entering into a contract with you.


3. Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Data

        The Company uses the personal data you provide to fulfill the purposes for which you have given such data, under the following legal bases:

       The personal data collected by the Company will be processed fairly and accurately in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The Company has implemented physical and electronic security measures to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory standards for protecting your personal data. 5. Retention Period of Personal Data

        The Company has a policy to retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Generally, your data retention period is 3 years from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent (in cases where consent is required), or for as long as applicable laws may require or permit (even if your relationship with the Company has already ended).


6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

       The Company has Personal Data security policy and procedures, and restrict access to your Personal Data whereby only those who need to use your Personal Data are allowed to access. However, your Personal Data may be disclosed to the following groups of individuals:
       - The Company will disclose your information to external parties who are service providers of the Company, such as third-party IT service providers and social media platform marketing service provider that support the Company’s operations. If the Company discloses information to external service providers, strict control measures will be implemented to ensure appropriate data protection.

        The Company reserves the right to amend the Privacy Notice on the Personal Data of Prospects at any time.
